Terms of sale · Drop 001

One brand, one company, in plain English.

These are the terms for buying a brand from debut.supply. They match the Brand Transfer Agreement that ships inside every kit; where the two differ, the agreement you receive with your order governs.

01Who you are dealing with

Debut is a product of Apropos Studio, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, 844 Northeast Simpson Street, Portland, OR 97211, United States. Write to studio@debut.supply. Payments are processed by Stripe; the charge on your statement will show Apropos Studio, LLC or debut.supply.

02What you are buying

One complete brand system, sold once and never again. Each kit includes:

Together these are the Brand Assets. Every file is editable. The exact manifest for each kit is on its product page.

03Price, order, and delivery

Each kit in Drop 001 is $499, labeled founding pricing. Checkout runs on Stripe and each kit is capped at one completed sale; the moment a purchase completes, that kit leaves the shop. The complete kit is delivered by email within 12 hours of purchase as a zip, with the Brand Transfer Agreement inside, filled in to your company and order. Your purchase receipt is the record of acceptance; no signature is required.

04Ownership transfer

On receipt of full payment, Debut assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest in the Brand Assets, worldwide and irrevocably, including copyright and any other intellectual-property rights Debut holds in them. You may use, modify, register, license, or sell them. You owe Debut no royalties, credit, or anything further.

05The honest fine print

06What Debut keeps

A non-exclusive, perpetual right to show the kit in its portfolio, shop archive (marked SOLD), and marketing, including screenshots of your public use of it, with attribution to you. Debut will never sell, license, or re-release the Brand Assets to anyone else. Nothing else is kept.

07Debut's promises and their limit

Debut created the Brand Assets and has the right to assign them. The kit was sold exactly once, to you, and is retired from the shop on the effective date. If anyone claims the Brand Assets infringe their rights, Debut's total liability is capped at the price you paid. The Brand Assets are otherwise provided as they are, without further warranty.

08Refunds

14 days, full refund, no forms. If you take it, the assignment reverses: the rights return to Debut, you delete the files and stop using the brand, and the kit returns to the shop. Full details on the refund page.

09Housekeeping

These terms and the Brand Transfer Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. If any clause fails, the rest stands. Debut may update these terms for future drops; the terms in force on the day you buy, and the agreement inside your kit, are the ones that apply to your purchase.
