What we collect, and why it is very little.
Debut sells one brand to one company. We keep the data to match: enough to deliver your kit and to know whether the ads work, and nothing we would not be comfortable explaining on this page.
01When you buy
Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and card details, and processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Debut never sees your full card number. Debut receives your name, email address, company details you enter, and the order record, and uses them to deliver the kit, fill in your Brand Transfer Agreement, issue refunds, and answer your questions.
02When you visit
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- Meta Pixel records that you visited a page, and whether a purchase completed, so we can measure Meta ads and show them to people who visited. It uses cookies and sends this to Meta under Meta's privacy policy. You can opt out in your Meta ad settings, and a browser content blocker stops it entirely.
- Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period for security and reliability.
03When you write to us
Email you send to studio@debut.supply is kept in our mailbox so we can reply and keep a record of your order. If you ask to be told when a kit drops, we keep that address for that purpose only, and every message has a way to stop.
04What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
- We do not build profiles beyond what the tools above do on their own.
05How long we keep it
Order records and the Brand Transfer Agreement are kept as long as the brand is yours, because they are the proof of ownership, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support email is kept while it is useful. Analytics data lives in the tools named above under their retention rules.
06Your rights
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except for the order record we need to keep for the ownership and tax reasons above. Write to studio@debut.supply. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, the rights those laws give you apply, and the same address handles them.
