Yes. One company per brand, ever. The moment you buy it, the kit is retired from the shop and the rights transfer to you: the mark, the name, the whole system. It stays in our archive marked SOLD, with your name on it.
It's yours to register. The purchase includes a plain-English Brand Transfer Agreement assigning the rights to you: no license, no fine print holding anything back. We screened for obvious conflicts when we designed it; you clear and file in your own name.
The wordmark is Sora Light, an open source font, with rib-slits cut through the o's. The kit includes an apply-your-name guide: set your name, outline it, make the cuts (or skip them — legal either way). Everything else works unchanged.
